"well, let's see.... we were 5 people and had to wait for 2h to get a breakfast. no, they were not full. guests let theirs and other local dogs use the pool for "anything" and nobody at the hotel cares. no, the pool was not clean. at 7pm all employees left and there was no service, let alone a phone number in any case of any emergency. and coincidentally the bottom floor room sliding door could not be locked. go figure....."

"The hotel is old and in very bad shape. The rooms are very noisy due they are in front of a very transited street and surrounded by noisy bars. In my room the air conditioning did not work. the hotel is at one block from the beach but I recomend you to look for other options. Very expensive for what they offer."

"amazing! beyond happiness! the staff is incredible, we felt taken care of always, everyone made us feel at home and pamperd. landscape is spectacular. the spa is super good. hotel reopened after tasteful, elegant yet laidback remodeling. villas are super comfortable, with amazing bathroom, private pool and terrace area. we loved every minute of our stay. thank you so much banyan!
