Hotel pequeño, pero muy limpio, personal amable y servicial, ubicación muy alejada y por lo tanto lugar súper tranquilo. Buena comida. Ya habia venido antes de Otis y estaba muy bien equipado. Ahora las habitaciones carecen de mobiliario, solo camas, tv y los enseres del baño, me dijeron que el huracán se habia llevado todo. Pero me dio la impresión de que por ser ahora pet friendly, han disminuido los muebles en las habitaciones. No me gustó que se sacrifique la comodidad de los huéspedes sin mascotas; en todo caso, preparen habitaciones con mascotas y sin mascotas. La falta de mobiliario en las habitaciones es el único punto en contra.

El recepcionista de la noche pésimo, sin elevador, sin agua caliente, falla en llaves, pérdida de llaves, aceptan mascotas, pero no es pet friendly, habitaciones super pequeñas en comparacion al precio, el aire acondicionado suena horrible. Los meseros excelentes y los empleados honestos, Jesus devolvió un celular que olvidamos.

El personal debe ser más amable con los huéspedes, en mi opinión no me gustó el trato, mi percepción es que siempre lo vi como enojados, la de recepción no recuerdo el nombre fue muy déspota con nosotros al recibirnos en el hotel, las sabanas estaban manchadas, muy cara la habitación y excesivamente caro el menú del restaurante. Fui hace unos 3 años atrás y la experiencia fue totalmente distinta y por eso decidí volver a seleccionar este hotel, pero esta vez me fue muy mal. No volvería a quedarme ahí jamás, ni lo recomendaría.
