"Lovely hotel, very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a really good size with the surprise of a kitchenette in there too which was very handy for us. Lovely little welcome pack which was replenished each day. Bed was comfortable and although the hotel is on a main road it was quiet and we slept so well. Breakfast was nice (continental) but we would have liked a cooked breakfast, on saying that though there was plenty to eat. Also we did not find out the bar was not open...

Firstly, through some research it appears that this hotel is no longer a part of the main Hilton group. "The host/hostess extremely friendly. The evening meals superb and took extra note of my diet requirements. My room was fine but no chair or place to hang damp towel to dry out. The room was in an annexe and I had to go outside to access all amenities - lounge, dining room, guests’ kitchen. No kettle in the room so this kitchen was essential for out of hours cuppa. Very minor complaints all forgiven due to service and meals."

"The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Coylumbridge Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, set in beautiful grounds creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I loved the great selection food at the restaurant. The clean swimming pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a cold day on the nearby ski slope at Cairngorms. The local bus service stops directly outside of the hotel ....
