"Lovely hotel, very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a really good size with the surprise of a kitchenette in there too which was very handy for us. Lovely little welcome pack which was replenished each day. Bed was comfortable and although the hotel is on a main road it was quiet and we slept so well. Breakfast was nice (continental) but we would have liked a cooked breakfast, on saying that though there was plenty to eat. Also we did not find out the bar was not open...

"The room was just average and clean enough. The beds weren't super comfortable and It wasn't great that the family room was right above the bus depo so you could hear people late into the night. The location is great for events in city center or a shopping trip. The highlight to our trip was the lady cleaning our room who went above and beyond to make our young daughter feel welcome.
