There was a general mildew smell that caused havok for those with allergies and no one dared to sit on the futon that was discolored to a brown/yellow color more than the white it had been originally. Breakfast waa decent and staff were fine, but overall I likely wouldn't stay here again."

The jungle setting provided atmosphere and we found the restaurant on site provided good meals and enjoyed our interaction with the serving staff (despite our lack of Spanish). "I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in a beautiful and peaceful location, and I enjoyed feeling like I was in the middle of the rainforest. One suggestion is to offer more vegan options at breakfast!"
