"We enjoyed the good service. Staff went the extra mile. The lodge area is awesome and we loved the Christmas tree made from jungle wood. The jungle setting was cool. It was kinda hard to find in the dark (Google helped) and the driveway is not paved. The breakfast was good. We felt secure."

"Hotel is very clean. There are handicap grab bars and a ramp into the restaurant. The bathroom in the room also has safety grab bars, something which we really appreciated. The restaurant serves delicious and ample breakfast, a delicious lunch and dinner. We really liked the beet salad appetizer and the milanesa. We also had wine following the suggestion of our server and it was perfect. All of the hotel staff was very attentive. Kudos! On the negative side, the tub and sink in the bathroom were dated, but that fact did not impact our stay negatively. We would return to this hotel without a doubt. Highly recommended, 5/5."

"We stayed one night at the Reserve Virgin Lodge as part of our trip to Iguazú Falls. We loved the on theme jungle lodgings and quiet luxury of the rooms. The accommodation was very spacious, including the rain shower and bathroom. We enjoyed the bar and pool area as well as the restaurant and think this is a great hotel to make a visit to Iguazu top notch."

"Slightly dated but lovely place to stay. The buffet was not fantastic but more than adequate. Staff very pleasant and attentive and well trained. Rooms are large and well equipped - except no tea or coffee facility in the room. I would highly recommend. "
