Great hotel when visiting Iguazu Falls. Convenient location, helpful multilingual staff, comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Pool area was nice and pool bar service was quick. Resort offers everything you will need for your stay right on property. Only complaint would be that I could hear the music in my room at night. Not terribly loud, but still a minor annoyance.

The night we checked in we had a manager and a trainee The trainee was very pleasant shower the male working with him was not useful and did not give us good advice on the amenities and dining options. We could not have been more impressed by this property. The level of service meets the expectations of top rated properties we’ve stayed at in major cities around the world while nestled in a jungle. The pool area was so peaceful and beautiful with 3 levels for guests to enjoy. Food options are limited with a very nice restaurant that offers creative chef specialties and a lobby bar restaurant that was very basic cuisine. The concierge and front desk staff were helpful with all of our questions and needs.

Close to the Igazu Falls
Excellent hotel with Casino and Tango show, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, it really was a very nice place to stay. But its most relevant feature is its proximity to the National Park containing Igazu Falls.

This hotel is absolutely incredible! The spa is simply wonderful, and I highly recommend Paola for a massage. The food is great, and the tango show is truly outstanding. The pool is warm and inviting, and the hotel itself is just so beautiful. The atmosphere is fantastic, and it's perfect for families with kids. The service is top-notch too!

If you are looking for an amazing place, with kind and helpful staff, to-die-for continental breakfast, convenient heated pool for children, and the list goes on and on. Truly a wonderful experience, I will be back to this beautiful hotel. Iguazu is a magical place, and this hotel was one of the best I have been to in my life, and I have been to many!
