"Great location steps from multiple classy restaurants with entertainment as well as shops. Staff was friendly and helpful even though our language barrier and even arranged a taxi for me to the airport. I appreciated them using google translate to help. Hotel has a restaurant in its main level and pool on the roof. Rooms are clean, chic and new. Felt it was very comfortable, spacious and safe. In room safe was a little tricky to use at first. WiFi was a little problematic at times. Overall this is a great hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Can easily walk to the bus station for transportation to Brazil, airport or Iguazú Falls "

"We were super impressed with our stay at the Iguazu Grand. I was a bit concerned as I had read some poor reviews from some people complaining about various things. We arrived after a weeks stay in a 5 star hotel on Copacabana (well known global brand) but we have to say this was far superior in every sense. We had a junior suite overlooking the pool that was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. The Breakfast was super contrary to some of the reviews I have read.....The pool area and the gardens were wonderful and very relaxing. We also used the hydrotherapy pool which was a nice chill as well. Overall it beat hands-down the prior stay in Copacabana by a long shot. We would highly recommend and if we come back to Iguazu falls we will defo stay here again. Oh, and thank you Fabio (concierge) for your super efficient and friendly help in arranging all our cars and private tours !!"
