"This is an excellent hotel. It is in a very convenient location, close to the bus depot and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our favorite one is Patagonia Brewing Company across the street. The hotel is beautiful and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. We had an afternoon flight to catch and they kindly extended our check out time. The breakfast buffet has excellent choices of fruits, beverages, pastries and hot food, etc. We are very happy with our choice of staying here. Thank you!!"

"We stayed one night at the Reserve Virgin Lodge as part of our trip to Iguazú Falls. We loved the on theme jungle lodgings and quiet luxury of the rooms. The accommodation was very spacious, including the rain shower and bathroom. We enjoyed the bar and pool area as well as the restaurant and think this is a great hotel to make a visit to Iguazu top notch."

"Slightly dated but lovely place to stay. The buffet was not fantastic but more than adequate. Staff very pleasant and attentive and well trained. Rooms are large and well equipped - except no tea or coffee facility in the room. I would highly recommend. "

"Staff provided outstanding services. It is in a quiet environment with a jungle-like set-up. Inclusion of breakfast in a buffet set-up was good with hot food items and fresh fruits. Check-in is at 2 pm; however, if you arrive early and would like to start sightseeing before check-in, the hotel has storage room where you can safely leave your luggage. I would have given all 5 stars if the digital lock of the safe deposit box in our room works and 2 complimentary bottled water have been provided each day for me and my husband during our 2-night stay. "The a/c was leaking onto this light fixture, the room was nice loved the balcony looking into the lush vegetation. The restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was another story, you couldn’t serve yourself (buffet style) the cereal etc side you could but not the fruits cheese or ham side. The only eggs served are scrambled. The hostess the first day was not very friendly but day 2 and 3 this younger much friendlier hostess took great care of us!! "
