"Awesome property and staff. Concierge services was top notch. They helped from getting a ride, to restaurant reservations, to getting us tickets for Niagara Falls tour. Will definitely stay here again for future visits to Toronto."

"Nice hotel, I had to park on the street to find the missing valet. I asked at the front desk and they took care of it but I had to ask if that was a service they provided. Hotel over all is nice. If they are trying to make a real 5 star they need to vacuum the hallways more often. I noticed crap on my floor, in the elevator and on the main floor. I did only stay one night and I would absolutely return to the property. I only had the chance of trying the Japanese restaurant which is attached...

"I loved my stay at the Hazelton! I went with my boyfriend for a weekend trip after Christmas and it was the perfect little getaway. The bathroom was the best part! Definitely the best bathroom at a hotel that I have visited. The area is perfect if you're looking to walk around without a rental car or uber. We walked almost everyone. Beautiful shops in the area and super safe. Would strongly recommend! "

"Booked the Royal Gold experience as a Christmas gift to ourselves. It was worth every penny. The ambiance, the facilities, the special lounge exclusively for Royal Gold clients. It was all lovely. Breakfast Was included, as well as afternoon tea, evening canapés and evening desert. There were also other bar and dining options but we never felt it necessary to partake of them. Plus, all of downtown Toronto’s attractions are literally right outside the door. "

"Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters...

"Overall, the property was extremely nice. It was situated in an excellent area, very close to the CN Tower another attractions in downtown Toronto. The second bedroom had a hole in the wall, which was not aesthetically appealing. They were also numerous stains on the comforter blanket found in the second room, which made my guest feel very comfortable."
