"The hotel and the grounds were full of character. The bathroom was incredible. However, the issue was the noise. Needs some serious sound proofing. The room was above reception and was incredibly noisy. Also, the room lacked services considering the price per night. Limited drinks available, and had to ask for bathrobes. "

"We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend Joss welcomed us like family. The room and serivce was amazing We was made to feel so welcome. Joss had a card sent to our room for jons birthday Which was a lovely touch. The area is stunning and so quiet. "We had a fabulous stay at the Gainsborough. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfy.
