"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. The apartments are good sized, and I really appreciate the kitchen and living room spaces that are well-appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful too. There are so many "pros" about the property. "Nice and cosy, noisy as beside a busy road. The cottage shakes when large vehicles pass. Not double glazed windows. Clean and tidy."

"Check-in was nice and easy with clear communication from the owners. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location wise you couldn’t ask for better, just 5 mins walk from the Abbey and Roman Baths. We would certainly stay there again if we come to Bath again."

"The apartment was a nice size, however the cleaner has done an awful job; big old cobwebs on multiple parts of the ceiling, no soap and conditioner in the bathroom, small dark stains on the bedding. Our main issue was that we were rudely disturbed and overheard the cleaner complaining that we were still in our room, all whilst we were well within our time prior to checking out. The lady was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable and left a very sour stain on our stay. The room was a decent...

"Excellent property, spacious and located in a great area to walk to so much. Only issue was no AC, which was expected, but not enough fans. The property could use ceiling fans or more portable fans as it was very warm during the day and bery warm on a few evenings. "

"Lovely, old hotel. Great location. Need to use stairs in some parts of hotel. There’s construction going on around the hotel. Staff were friendly, extremely accommodating and changed our room because of the noise. Decorated very nicely for Christmas! "

The thermal spa is absolutely stunning, with a series of warm and cool pools that feel incredibly rejuvenating. I particularly enjoyed the infrared sauna, which offered a more gentle heat and left me feeling completely relaxed.
