"Very nice hotel and good room. However to Market this on Expedia as a 5 star hotel was pushing it. I have no complaints but clearly is not on the same level in Miami as the Setai or 1 which are also 5 star hotels. We had four people in our room and the beach only wanted to give us two chairs ? Kind of a ridiculous policy. You should be given the amount of people on your reservation. All in all nice experience. "

"Excellent stay! Entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Meghan at the front desk gets six stars! She's so helpful. Also Marcus and Jaquin (sorry for spelling of name) who helped us with our luggage are the best! Great conversation, lots of good information and above and beyond. Hotel is situated right on the beach. Beach attendants also helpful. Restaurants were all excellent. Delicious food. Shout out to Peter our bartender in Takato and Kaine our waiter at the pool grill....

"It was nice overall. Hovewer, we were informed that the concierge will reach out and make some recommendations or booking for us. Nobody reached and when we were trying to reach nobody picked up nor answered our emails. That was a disappointment. Also, I booked the hotel because of tennis courts. Nobody told us as well as no information was about reconstruction of tennis courts. Will never come again, it’s far from what we expected. "

"We really enjoyed the Four Seasons. The resort is brand new and so luxurious. We were greeted with champagne, upon arrival. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty natural light pouring in. Turndown was never missed and little touches in the evening like having water at the nightstands and slippers was appreciated. The property landscaping and pool area are stunning. It's very lush, with nice seating areas and in the evening the pathways are lit with lanterns to create a warm ambience....

"We were immediately greeted by a friendly bellman. We were there at 9:30 in the Am and check in was not till 4. We had just planned on leaving our luggage and going to the beach.
