"It would have been nice if they would let customers know before hand that parking was an additional charge. Also, when they came to clean the room they only made the beds and didn’t take the dirty towels or replaced them with clean ones. "

Dislikes: Majority of the local businesses right there and some hotel staff speak Spanish. I walked across the parking lot to get my nails done and I had to put a translator on my phone so she knew what I wanted etc. other then what’s mentioned above not much to do in area within walking distance. "

"I liked the way that the staff tried to get us processed earlier than the 3:00pm. I like the provided shuttle service to/from the airport, as well as having a breakfast available at 5:00am, much earlier than stated. The room was great and the ‘white noise’ of the cooling system was very helpful for me regarding sleeping. All in all, a good experience."
