"A wonderful Hotel, impeccable service. Som of the finer points in the rooms would benefit from improvement; a little too much chipped paint and furniture which needs replacing. Bed was wonderful. "

"The breakfast buffet was great. Azaria was amazing serving us and taking care of us everyday especially playing with my 16 months old daughter. However, one thing I would like to add or perhaps for the hotel to address is have facilities to wash baby bottles. I’ve had to call room service and plead every single time to get the bottles washed up. I’ve never had issues at crown or 4 seasons but sad to say getting this done here was a total disappointment. Other than that everything else was good!...

"Really liked the location and proximity to tram. Staff was nice, we had 4 nights recently and really enjoyed our stay. The TV had HDMI ports available so I could plug in and watch TV off my device wgi h was great and made for an enjoyable experience while at the hotel. Rooftop bar was good and had nive views and atmosphere. "

"Girls night out with my young daughter and they gave ys free ice cream upon check in from an ice cream bar on site. Room was lovely, pool was warm and breakfast buffet delicious with things I've never seen before at a buffet like make you're own juice station with plenty of fresh ingredients. "
