It was more than enough for what I wanted, and the Chapel Street precinct was easily reachable by foot. The train station was even closer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Please remove the zipties holding signs on the "Slippery when wet" signs on the railing of the staircase to enter the property. I received two very large cuts to my hands caused by the jagged edges of these zipties."

I had to find accommodation elsewhere after waiting in the property foyer for over an hour. I had travelled more than 5 hours to get there to not have access to a room I had paid for.
