"Check in was a breeze with friendly and helpful staff at the desk. We had an issue with the toilet continuously running so we were swapped into another room immediately without fuss. Room was spotlessly clean, generous in size and the bed, I just knew would give us an excellent nights sleep..and it did! Great shower too! All in all a great stay for a reasonable tariff. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We never actually stayed here because there was an unexpected water leak in the room, but I wanted to give 5 stars to the staff for their kind and timely handling of the problem. "Thank you to Phil and his staff for a fabulous stay. Valentines Day dinner was excellent. We appreaciated the extra touches, the shared cocktail, amuse bouche and shared lovers dessert. We also appreciate staff patience in the face of inadequate information from Wotif. We hope that time and finances will allow the once magnifent gardens to shine again. We will definitely be back. "

"This is a really nice, modern and well equipped apartment block, great facilities and very convenient for the train line straight into Flinders Street centre of Melbourne. The staff are extremely professional and helpful and the apartment clean and well equipped. Perfect for a stay in north Melbourne. "
