"Amazing location and beautiful hotel. The hotel is right in the center of the city center. We loved the fact we could walk everywhere. There are tons of restaurants and cafes around along with every designer store you can imagine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Spent a wonderful week in Florence. We had a small glitch at the end of our stay, which was not any fault of the hotel. Due to Florence marathon on Sunday and the 24 rail strike, which started on Saturday night, we had to extend our stay. The staff did everything they could to help us with alternate travel plans."

And the cocktails from the Winter Garden were amazing (the Klimt was to die for). My only complaint was the shower, in an otherwise perfect room, it was small and cramped. The shower head was too low and I would hit my head (I’m 6’ on a good day). "
