"A little confusing at first to find the actual hotel in the building. You can't find a better location if you want to walk around Florence. Cab took me right to the door from the airport. I am an older female and was travelling on my own, but never felt unsafe."

"Location was great.. walkable distance to the city center and most tourist spots you could think of, the staff are incredible accommodating and even let me in the room early like 2 hours before check in time... my only issue was the internet. I worked well in the hallways but would disconnect about half an hour after I’m in the hotel rooms. Also the elevator though it works well, it is quite small.. so if you’re a big party.. it may take you several trips to get everyone up. Other than that...

"Most hotels provide guests with two soaps for a week long stays, one hand soap and one bath soap. I got one hand soap and one shampoo upon arrival. Later in the week, soap was entirely used up, but no replacement soap left by the maid. I was gone every morning, returning late at night. "The spot is absolutely beautiful, and so peaceful. Staying in a stone building amongst an olive tree orchard. Would highly recommend bringing a bottle of wine and some homemade charcuterie board food from the store, and having a wonderful time on the beautiful terrace. "
