"Our check-in was delayed until 6:30pm because the people who stayed here the night before us left the place in "very bad" conditions according to the cleaning ladies. Once we entered the home it smelled and looked clean. The main complaint I have is that there was ZERO electricity in one of the smaller rooms, the one with the queen bed. No lights, no tv, and the electrical outlets didn't work. I just don't understand how the cleaning ladies were in there for hours without trying to fix it.......

"Absolutely had an amazing time. Surprised my man to a weekend out for his Birthday. Was a beautiful area. The place accommodated everything that you can absolutely need quiet relaxing place. Definitely recommend for a quiet romantic weekend. Check-in was easy and they were very friendly. "

"There was both good and bad things about the state. We love the location, the property, but the management of things we felt were unprofessional it was not clean. It was lots of dust and foul odor. The Jacuzzi did not work. There was no one there to show us how to use the Wi-Fi or Greet us My kids were scared to go to the pool. It wasn’t cleaned "

"The view of the bay was amazing. There were some minor issues with the unit and 2 elevator was definitely not enough. Lots of extra cost. I would only rent this again if i was stay a week or longer and with more than 3 people. Definitely not condusive if on business trip. "
