"We did get early checkin about an hour early. The late night dining options (after 2 am) are limited and make note there is no room service. There was a sewage/plumbing issue in our room. The room was average, customer service is an automated system."

"Prestige club check-in and check-out people were gracious and very helpful. Club staff was also very gracious. Loved the gym and adjacent sandwich/smoothie/coffee shop. Didn't see the pool, but adult kids said it was nice. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Only negative was an interaction with a dealer and a pit boss. I get it that they were just doing their jobs when checking the IDs of my young-looking 22 and 24-year-old sons. But they were rude and aggressive, demanding their IDs...
