"Everything was really nice. Service was great all around. Beautiful Hotel and Casino. Only thing that was pretty inconvenient was my ice machine on my floor was down snd the floors next to me were also down."

"Our stay was great. Arriving to Caesars palace it was very confusing to locate the parking I was trying to do Valet but somehow it was pretty difficult to locate and I ended up using self parking. Upon arrival I went to the online check in and the kiosk had me see an attendant, the staff was helpful and I was in my room in no time. My room was a connecting room which was the only down part of that if I would’ve known prior I would’ve requested for a different one. The room was clean and had beautiful furniture very spacious. My check out was also easy through the kiosk the attendant that morning tho was not as friendly and helpful. I had asked her a question about a parking note the kiosk had brought up on the screen that had switched pretty fast and was unable to read it. And her tone in her response was just wasn’t friendly and so I left her alone and made my way out. I would definitely return back. "
