"Very busy hotel. Many patrons come early and Stowe their luggage waiting for the email that their room has become available. It would be good to have a front desk line for those patrons already checked in, getting their room keys, rather than having them stand in a long queue for the second time. "

"This property is unreal. Brings the old world with the new one. Grounds are unbelievable and the views even more so. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and genuine.
