"Room was well appointed and comfortable with a sitting area. All staff we dealt with were personable and helpful. Its in a nice area with a park and shopping complex within walking distance. We stayed there prior to a cruise as the cruise port is a short drive away."

"Generally a good hotel but very disappointed in our room. Sold as oceanfront. On the 4 th floor so actually a pool view and palm trees pretty much blocking even ocean view. Hotel did offer some monetary compensation. In room dining food was not up to par. Dinner was good in the Grove. Getting vhairs at the pool was difficult. Need a better system. Not turned over quickly enough.. Balcony furniture not clean. Extra toilet paper holder was empty when needed in middle of night."

"I had a room for an adult and teenage child. The bathroom was open with no blind, so no privacy for a shower. They had to order a tech to fix and it was not done until after 11pm when I would rather have been sleeping"
