"The house was as pictured and very clean. Walking distance to great restaurants in Little Havana. We only stayed two nights but it was great. The neighbors have a rooster that likes to crow early each morning. "

"Property was clean but had some maintenance issues , tv in Master broke, bedroom light bulb needed replaced, toaster oven did not work Toaster only toasted one side doors missing in freezer no kitchen towels or wash rags , oven/ stove very uneven & not all burners worked , only 3 forks in drawer floaters for pool torn called management & they brought more forks but did not address any other issues "

"The exterior of the building could use some work. Parking is a bit tight. The condo itself was nice with good views but there are some issues that need addressed. The downstairs bedroom had a curtain on the wall covering a window at one time that got ripped out and was never fixed/replaced. The curtain is definitely needed because there is a light in the hallway that shines through all night even with the blind.
