I was greeted nice with champagne upon check in, shaila reached out to me multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with my room. The hotel is close by to everything in Toronto! The restaurant/bars inside the hotel is great as well. I asked for a certain theme for my stay and they made sure they accommodated it for me along with early checkin! "Booked the Royal Gold experience as a Christmas gift to ourselves. It was worth every penny. The ambiance, the facilities, the special lounge exclusively for Royal Gold clients. It was all lovely. Breakfast Was included, as well as afternoon tea, evening canapés and evening desert. There were also other bar and dining options but we never felt it necessary to partake of them. Plus, all of downtown Toronto’s attractions are literally right outside the door. "

"Overall, the property was extremely nice. It was situated in an excellent area, very close to the CN Tower another attractions in downtown Toronto. The second bedroom had a hole in the wall, which was not aesthetically appealing. They were also numerous stains on the comforter blanket found in the second room, which made my guest feel very comfortable."
