"I booked this hotel for its closeness to the Formula 1 track at Albert Park and it was great. The easy access to the tram either to the city or for entrance options for the track was excellent. The staff however need to be informed of what is happening with special events and more about Melbourne to support their customers. I was given incorrect information twice. The parking underneath is easy & a fair rate just make sure how the ticketing works is explained correctly. The room was clean & neat...

"1500 checkin but we were not given a room til after 1535. Hotel a "little tired". Dust on coffee table and desk tops. Bathroom clean but a little dingy. Great location if attenfing a show at Princess theatre. No free to air television channels Not a 5 star as it is supposed to be rated. We were given a room upgrade as the room was still not ready by the time they gave us the room."

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, the great food and the comfortable rooms. Also, it was much quieter meaning we had a restful stay. We will certainly be returning to Sheraton Melbourne. LOVED IT!"

"Really cool modern property, only can access the floor you're staying on and common areas so great for safety. The only odd thing was the open-concept floor plan - no door for the bathroom! It's tucked away behind a wall so still private from the bed but no door. Otherwise beautiful decor and felt upscale for a moderate price. Comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. "
