"Overall it was a good stay for our 14 day visit. My only plight was the condition of our first room had a missing window pane and resulted in a very cold room. The hotel would then change our room in less then 24 hours. After our room change we had a much greater room but lacked certain amenities like control of the heater weaker plumbing. It's in a great location mind you and great for anyone looking to experience the heart of liverpool and it's culture. Staff was great and very helpful....

"The staff were warm, friendly and helpful during our one night stay. Whilst the facilities were a little dated, everything was in excellent working order and the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were a welcome addition to our stay. The breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options. We were in town for a LFC match and it was an ideal location for us."

"The best stay in liverpool. The best new years eve party . Definitely i will come back. The staff us so friendly, the housekeeping comes very regularly to clean. Super clean hotel. "The room was comfy. I wish they had provided bottled water instead of canned water. Also I wish the toilets were more muslim friendly. I guess its not common to have handheld bidet in uk. But the fact that the sink was far from the toilet seat meant it was harder to get cleaned with water after using the toilet."

"Everything about the hotel was excellent. Staff at check in were wonderful, going out of their way too look up actives for us for the following day that we'd not yet been able to book. Room was spotless and had been changed ahead of time from a king to two twins as per my request. Breakfast was phenomenal, cooked breakfast all the usual far done well (hash browns were perfect!).
