"We got a family connecting room. One of the rooms was constantly blowing hot air and there was no way to reduce the temperature. The elevator was tiny - I have not seen such a tiny elevator. Otherwise staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was overall nice. "

"The hotel is a five minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the Duomo. 10 minutes from the river. Excellent for a girls trip. The hotel location and amenities made the trip easy. Staff are very helpful for getting your bearings. Basic laundry is a little expensive if you are trying to stick to one carryon and hope to do some shopping."

Due to Florence marathon on Sunday and the 24 rail strike, which started on Saturday night, we had to extend our stay. The staff did everything they could to help us with alternate travel plans."
