"I love that it was only 20 minutes to the city, for sightseeing but far enough to enjoy the quietness of the country area. The negatives would be the narrow road, the stairs in our apartment. The breakfast box was not breakfast but more like snacks "

"Great little apartment complex tucked away but still close/walking distance to the centre/main attractions. Apartment came with a kitchenette (though this wasn't included in our booking) and second bed and lounge area on a mezzanine."

"We had the unit on the bottom floor it was too loud to get a good nights sleep. You could hear all the passing cars/motos and people talking nearby. We also used the sofa bed and it was terribly uncomfortable."

"I would stay nowhere else when back in Florence!!! And would pray to get my beyond beautiful room overlooking the Arno once again. I was granted an upgrade without even asking. THANK YOU SO MUCH! "Absolutely beautiful and unique time here. The staff were top-notch; helpful, kind and discreet. Breakfast had everything you could want including delicious cappuccino! It was a little warm in the room at night but that was a small issue compared to all the many positives of this property. They have very light aromatic oil sticks in the common areas; a wonderful aroma wafts by you at times. Nothing strong; just very nice. Housekeeping daily at your convenience. "Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"
