"Hotel Mousai is an amazing hotel. It was so clean and pristine. The grounds were beautiful and lush. It felt as though Hotel Mousai thought of everything you could want in a hotel stay. "The panoramic suite is AMAAAAZING!! Bonnie at the concierge is extremely lovely and helpful. The property is beautiful! Being so close to Los Arcos is incredible with November to January being the best months. Two warnings: 1. The beach is small is very very rocky. Bring water shoes with a hard bottom. 2. The hotel says tipping is included but every bill they expect further tipping AND when you check your final bill they don’t match. Be careful!"

"5 star property, staff amazing and rooms very nice. Just keep in mind property is extremely large and have long distances between hotel and other amenities. The staff try to accommodate as best they can at all times with shuttles and there is the gondola too that is a necessity. If you can handle the size of the resort everything else is amazing. "
