"If you are looking for a beautiful, romantic and unique place to stay and connect with nature we highly recommend Maraika. We enjoyed waking up to birds and the sound of the ocean. The staff are welcoming and put a lot of love and care into the property and the food/drinks at the restaurant which is worth the price for well sourced, gourmet, memorable meals in an incredible setting. "We stayed here for a few nights with a large group of men for a bachelor party. Overall, the unit has a great layout and a fantastic atmosphere. The unit does need a bit of maintenance throughout. Be mindful that there is a limit of 16 people and strict security at the front gate. The site managers are very sensitive to noise. We received a couple of requests to turn down the music but staff was very friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. Would consider renting it again! "

"We stayed at Jon and Carol's property for a week in early April and could not have had a better stay. We were a multi-generational family of 6 and their villa was absolutely wonderful for us. Jon was super helpful with the planning and had numerous suggestions for places to eat off the resort. The resort was great-we opted for all inclusive this time, but the kitchen in the villa was fully equipped and we would probably consider doing more cooking on our next visit. "The staff is amazing!! We stayed with a party of 11, small kids and adults. The house is very spacious and everyone can have their own room and bathroom comfortably. There were a lot of stairs for the little ones to play on so we had to be mindful of that. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Chef Danny exceeded our expectations. Completely worth the money we paid for everything!"

"This was our first time staying at Villa Marbella, but not the first time visiting Puerto Vallarta. WOW wow wow…by far the best place that we have stayed in. All of the rooms were facing the ocean, the common room with the pool and a dining area was opened to an ocean view. It was close enough and high enough for us to enjoy watching all the whales and dolphins swimming, jumping and splashing from our balcony. How cool was that! He explained how everything works, had a thorough folder with a lot of great suggestions, and clear instructions for the rental process.
