"I reserved this place for my daughter and friends who are checking out schools for college in Manila. My reservation included free breakfast and they told my daughter that it’s not, and have them pay for it. After complaining to expedia they tried to resolve it by giving them free lunch which was the same thing they had for breakfast (spam and egg). Another thing that my daughter reported that was weird was they had to leave their room keys to them whenever they leave, and that they had to call...

"Very easy to check in and check out, kind staff and air con. Everything was clean and easy to locate the property when I arrived. Only a 30 min walk to airport or 5 min on tricycle. Because it's so close, you can also hear the planes when they take off."

Inn was average, going up and down was quite dangerous especially for seniors like us because it is steep and slippery as water drips down due to cleaning of motorcycles on the road above. "Overall, you get a lot for your money with breakfast included. Sleeping in a tent is obviously very simple accomondation which we expected but what really surprised us was the loud people around us making noise until 3 in the morning. For a place like this we really expected some peace and quiet and at least a rule that says that it should be quiet after a certain time. Its really a shame that this ruined our nights here so we had to leave one day earlier. The owner payed us back for that night...
