The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was great. Everything was perfect since it was close to our business we needed to conduct. They did warn us to email our ID's prior to coming to speed up the process, I did not. I have no idea why they have to have our id's for so long. The wait was long for this tired traveler, but again, that is on me, they warned me, but still strange to me, since I travel VERY often and have never had this happen.

I really love this hotel to stay at when I'm conducting business in Manila, it is close to the US Embassy and Robinsons Place, both can be walked too within minutes. The hotel it's self is very clean and well up kept although you can't tell it's and older building, some of the rooms could us a refresh, but other than that they are nice, the amenities are amazing and the in house restaurant is delicious and offers an amazing breakfast! I would say the staff are the real starts here, they are always friendly and helpful!

As per their policy agreement upon check in, we have to pay 1000pesos as deposit and fully regundable upon check out unless otherwise there is damage occured. My nephew paid 1000pesos but they did not issue any receipt. Upon check out, they said there is no refund. I followed up and the response is this "please be informed that we do not collect deposit. Please send any proof of the payment". I urged them to check the camera in the counter becausw for sure it's being recorded, unless the camera is off.
