Food was excellent for foodies, easily managed food allergies in group, and very courteous. Want a true English experience stay here! "It is a beautiful hotel with a great history. All the staff were great. Lovely breakfasts. We were there 4 nights and had one dinner there which was great. We wanted to explore Cheltenham the other nights. Only hiccup was on our third day as elderly we decided to make use of the hotel first class facilities (out door heated swimming pool etc) and the most beautiful and comfy lounge. And although our room was empty at 10am , housekeeping did not service it until 3pm in spite of requests. "

"Charming and lovely property and owners. Our room was so comfortable and elegant that I'm considering decorating one of our bedrooms to match. Tiny little touches like fresh cookies each day and returning to our room with soft music playing on the radio elevated the experience. "My wife and I chose The Porch House for our 2 night stay in November becuase we perceived the common areas to be comfortable places to spend some down time in the Cotswolds. We were not disappointed. The Inn is very comfortable and the bar was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable but a bit small. Overall I am glad we stayed theyre and would definitely stay there again if searching for a room."

"It was like adream come true. Even though we did not have a car to get around , the owners gave us a contact so we were picked up when we needed it. Otherwise we walked around the most beautiful cottage area, it was peaceful, relaxing and the owners were very enjoyable. The breakfast every morning was very good. "
