"It’s quite hard to find a pet-friendly hotel stay in China, but this place is out of expectation. My little boy Peanut Butter had a wonderful time here, playing with the hotel’s alpacas and having a lot of fun running around. The room with a well-decor and excellent lake view is extremely clean. We will definitely keep coming back for more nights!"

"Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

"The hotel is located by the beautiful west lake, it is super clean and very quiet. The hotel helped me to arrange a hotel taxi (super clean Audi). The taxi driver - Miss Zhang was not only drive us to the local interests, but also provide a lot of valuable information and outstanding services for us. "Beautiful resort in every way however the location and time it takes to get there is not pleasant. Make sure you arrange hotel transport to avoid hassle, extra fees and unpleasant ride. You won't leave the resort, it's not nice outside the resort grounds, AT ALL. Service is incredible, do the tai chi lesson and tea picking! Lots to do within the resort. Food is amazing and breakfast view is like a dream. Best to stay at least 2 nights to make your travel there worth it, took us 1.75 hours to...

"Really great experience! Top notch service! Kudos especially to front desk manager Fanny and breakfast buffet host Brett, whom went above and beyond their duties to accommodate our baby! Brett would reserve our table every morning and get our coffees and baby chair ready without us asking. We really appreciate them both. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of restaurants and shops next door, which makes going out a bit harder. "

"This hotel/resort is an amazing place, the room is so clean and with very good layout. The personnels in the hotel are all kind and nice, well trained to deliver good services, and the housekeeper would greetings to you when meeting you in the hallway. Oh, their breakfast is one of the best part of the stay, so many choices and tasted so good we ate so much than cannot eat anything for lunch. last thing to mention, it's walkable distance to Lingyin Temple, 10 mins away for a walk thru a path...
