"We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s an ideal place to stay for a few quiet days of relaxing in the sun by one of the pools. There are beaches not far off, but the hotel is on a hill, so the walk can be hard work in hot weather, although the hotel does offer a shuttle service. "Lovely hotel just a couple of minutes from the beach. The sea and sunset views by the outside bar are lovely. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are big and really comfy and clean. Breakfast was fab, with different options each day too. It’s a shame that there are so many areas of sunbathing / pool that you can’t access unless you have priority / premium access. But that’s a minor thing really. Would happily stay again. "

Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service. "I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. We decided to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival which i would recommend due to the local town being limited for dining options. The dining on offer at the hotel was...

"This is a hidden gem in the middle of Las Americas. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants but is really quiet and peaceful. Staff are attentive and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. We will be back to stay here again. "
