"I booked 4 adults and 2 children age 9 and 16. According to hotel.com they are children. However, on check in. They informed me that children are considered as infants who require cots, not beds. So I had a surprise of paying over £300 for 2 extra beds. Very disappointed with hotel.com for this oversight."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel and I would book it every time I visit Makkah, in shaa ALLAH. It is close to the Haram (about 5 mins walk), has a masjid on the sixth floor, easy to get a taxi/uber, and convenient overall. The breakfast is excellent. Don't miss out on it."

"It eas a blessng to have stayed so close and be able to pray inside the room. The bathrooms were a bit weird as the shower space was not made well and too small. Also, not being to able to have uber drivers pull up to the entrance was a hassel as our luggage had to be dragged almost 1Km away when checking out. Our driver could not pull up to the entrance while checking in either. Travelling to and from was not easy. However, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the location trumps all other issues. Thanks to all the helpful staff. "
