"Quiet rooms and friendly staff. My check-in was delayed by an hour but they compensated me for this inconvenience without me needing to negotiate. One thing to keep in mind is that parking fees are additional to your stay at £18 per 24 hours; limited parking on-site so you need to use the adjacent carparks. "Lovely hotel, perfect location in the heart of Cardiff Bay, only a 30 minute walk into Cardiff Central. Lovely big room with balcony and nice view. Buffet breakfast was really good! All members of staff were lovely."
