"Very helpful remote staff and easy to locate. Room was small and had a nice large window and comfortable bed. Great to have a kitchenette and place to make food and tea/coffee. Bathroom was not clean or easy to access at times since it was in the apartment hallway. Shower did not provide consistent hot water so we didn’t get to shower each day which was a disappointment. Maybe provide some hand sanitizer, hand towels and instructions for how to use the shower’s water heater unit? Thank you so...

"Our room at the Deri-Down was lovely and comfortable with a large walk-in wardrobe and a modern well equipped en-suite shower room. There was a multi-channel TV, a small fridge with milk, tea/cofffee provided. The landlady was very helpful and allowed my son and his wife to change in our room for the wedding we were all going to. "It was calm and relaxing "

"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "We had an amazing place, everything was just perfect. The room was huge, bed very comfortable, hot shower, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, all you need to be happy. The breakfast was delicious. Close distance to the town, Raglan Castle, Puzzlewood, Tintern Abbey and other local attractions. Highly recommended place to stay either for short or longer break. If we ever visit the area again, we'll definitely choose the The Church Farm. "
