Walking distance to the Coyocan Plaza. Spacious room with outstanding bed and bedding. Immaculately clean. Beautiful furnishings and luxurious bath. "This was my second time staying at this property. I like its style and comfort and above all I love the location. The complaint I have was that its front desk is only staffed part time. I'm not sure if it's Low season but the hotel was deserted. Other than the Porter there were days I didn't see another soul. I had an issue with the tablet that comes with every room. It helps you control TV, lights, fan, etc. It stopped working and I couldn't get fan to work. But there was no one at front desk...

"I had to change my trip duration, from 3 to 2 days, I had have already booked. The policy says you need to notify 48 hours about your check out late, I was not even there by that time. I called Expedia and the hotel manager refused to refund, I talked to the manager and accepted to refund so I left the hotel, and one week later he just changed his mind!!!!"
