"This hotel is connected to terminal 5 at Heathrow. We spent 2 nights in order to visit some friends before traveling back home. The hotel is clean with large beautiful rooms. Breakfast is expensive so we walked to Terminal 5 and had a continental breakfast at the coffee place inside. It was nice watching planes take off and sipping coffee with our rolls and fruit. One night spontaneously jumped on the underground which is in the Terminal and made our way into London. Easy and convenient. ...

"Quaint hotel off the Brompton Rd. Very quiet. Only elected to stay and take meals in London as we thought the price too steep and there were literally hundreds of eating places nearby. Staff extremely courteous and prompt. Room would probably need an upgrade as issues with sink ( reported) and the lighting was too dim for our liking but overall we had an extremely pleasant stay"
