The hotel has a very nice old world feel, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, and the breakfast menu covered all tastes. "I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff were so incredibly friendly, it was easily accessible from the city centre by the number 7, 14 or 11 buses and it’s quiet. The bed was super comfy and all other amenities were excellent. I was pretty jet lagged so I appreciated coming to this quiet area and resting. Thank you for everything and I will for sure be back!"

O only problem was the airline didn't deliver my luggage and since there was no front desk they couldn't deliver so I had to go back to the airport. The service was rated so poorly because there was none. The owner sent an email to see if everything was alright but when I responded it indicated it was undeliverable to sender!? Great location"
