"Great customer service. Very friendly staff. However called them to book directly with the hotel to get a better price, was quoted higher. They did agree to price match but not reduced price which is strange, coukd have saved themselves travel agents fee."

"We checked in after 6 hours driving with 2 adults and 3 young children, we were very tired ready to catch a ferry the next morning to Disneyland Paris. Upon checking in we were told we had been upgraded to a platinum suite. The room was amazing and made our stay so much better. 3 large beds, a beautiful bathroom with large round bath. We ordered room service and enjoyed the room rather than going out to eat. The children loved it and so did we. Thank you so much Best Western Dover marina you...

"Overall stay was good but breakfast service let it down. We were never asked what we wanted eg tea, toast or cooked food. We had to summon a member od staff after about 25 mins. Spa was a great addition and room very comfy and spacious."
