Whilst the building seems a tad outdated you cannot fault the friendliness of the staff & including the breakfast excellent value for money. Was a bit further to the town than anticipated.

Very friendly staff and warm welcome. Easy parking and restaurant on site. It is set back from busy road but not too noisy. About 15min walk to Canterbury Cathedral. Very good value

Have stayed here several times before. Staff are great and food lovely. Comfortable bed and good location. This time the room was pretty cold though (window was ajar on arrival but radiator didn't do much!).

Staff friendly and accommodating. Lovely friendly atmosphere as many guests were obviously regulars. Room was very comfy and good supply of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

I have to go to Canterbury every month and this hotel ticks all the boxes for me. Staff shout outs to the one lady who served my special needs daughter and I dinner (should have taken a name) and another shout out to her for breakfast along with her colleague (again I should have taken a name). I'll be back for sure.

We did enjoy are staying all staff very professional and polite cleaning staff excellent as it's not easily to maintain a high standards need to be appropriate a bit more fab parking food breakfast evening meals great we would recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was nice and quiet and nice to have a combined shower and a bath. The breakfast was good and the staff provided me with soya milk. My only complaint was that they didn’t know if the veggie sausages were vegan and there was no plant based spread.

The room was lovely especially the bathroom. It was exactly what I wanted after a long day of travelling. The staff where nice and easy going as well as being very informative and helpful when asking questions about the area I was in. The food was good for the price I paid and very varied. The only thing I would day is that I was not sure about the carpet in my room in terms of like if I had dirty shoes I didn't really want to leave them outside but didn't want then in the room as it would get the carpet dirty otherwise all good.

Lovely hotel, awful beds
Lovely stay but all four beds in the family room were so uncomfortable, hard and lumpy. Everyone had awful sleep.
