"This is the second time we have stayed but the first time we had breakfast the food was lovely only we would of preferred it if the tea and coffee were served to the table as we were backwards and forwards to the buffet I know this is a very small issue and slightly petty but it would of been nice staff fabulous will definitely stay again hotel spotless and we had a lovely big room we will return and use the spa thank you "

"We checked in after 6 hours driving with 2 adults and 3 young children, we were very tired ready to catch a ferry the next morning to Disneyland Paris. Upon checking in we were told we had been upgraded to a platinum suite. The room was amazing and made our stay so much better. 3 large beds, a beautiful bathroom with large round bath. We ordered room service and enjoyed the room rather than going out to eat. The children loved it and so did we. Thank you so much Best Western Dover marina you made the start of our holiday fantastic. "

"The service we received was very good. From the start at the front desk to when we left. My only suggestion would be to have bigger sized bathrobes for men. Unfortunately, the last two days out of the three days we were there, the steam room was not working, so was quite looking forward to using it. But these things happen. Maybe in the weights area suggesting heavier weight than 37.5kg maybe up to 50kg as per normal gyms. "

"Amazing hotel in a great location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was lovely - comfortable bed, nice little extras and an outdoor seating area. Happy hour was a bonus and everything was in short walking distance (including the train station). Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back. "
