I was on the second floor, however the lift was broken, so I had to lag my bags up 2 flights of stairs. Help was available if required though. "This hotel is connected to terminal 5 at Heathrow. We spent 2 nights in order to visit some friends before traveling back home. The hotel is clean with large beautiful rooms. Breakfast is expensive so we walked to Terminal 5 and had a continental breakfast at the coffee place inside. It was nice watching planes take off and sipping coffee with our rolls and fruit.
