Wasn’t aware that parking on site was so expensive at £40 per night and want told this in advance which would have been easy in one of the many welcome text message or emails I received. We had to wait for staff to be available for check out and to let us into the car park. The room was fine and in good condition. When we did interact with staff they were friendly and helpful.

A lovely stay. Hotel is in an excellent location, our room was lovely, nice touches like robes and a coffee machine were much appreciated. If you need parking make sure to prebook.

The hotel was very comfortable with all the amenities one needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a lot of comfy sofas in the lobby to sit and relax. Room was clean and a nice size. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Windsor.

The property is across the street from Windsor Castle and adjacent to a nice shopping area with restaurants and the train station. Hotel is elegant and beautiful. My room was large and luxurious. Will definitely return!!!

This was our first hotel on a two week vacation in the UK and by far the best place we stayed. Steps away from everything you'd want to see in Windsor including the castle. The staff is wonderful and really take great care of their guests. Make sure to include breakfast in your plans, you won't regret it. I hope we get to stay here again!

Lovely hotel, very clean and luxurious. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Service top tier. The only things that let it down is the breakfast, on the website they advertise they serve a high quality breakfast, but in reality they have an average style buffet and no black pudding. The restaurant is also very dark. Also they charge a very high charge to use their carpark, there are a few in town that charge less. However it was a very nice stay and I would definitely book another McDonald hotel
