"The hotel is a five minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the Duomo. 10 minutes from the river. Excellent for a girls trip. The hotel location and amenities made the trip easy. Staff are very helpful for getting your bearings. Basic laundry is a little expensive if you are trying to stick to one carryon and hope to do some shopping."

"I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful. Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too. "The hotel Como Castelo Del Nero is a beautiful property. However, for this resort to feel more comfortable and welcoming as resort it will require a few changes: The rooms are to bright. The lights system are designed for business only. There are not one single dimmer in the entire room or bathroom. Secondly important thing are the steps to access the bathroom.
