"This property was the perfect location. It’s walkable to everything and the view of tye Duomo was incredible. The breakfast was good. All in all a good value for the price. The only thing that I can advise is when you arrive the front desk is up an old style elevator and it seems weird but in the end part of the experience! I would say a great hotel!"

Complimentary breakfast included both hot and cold dishes. We utilized the laundry service, which was very convenient. Would absolutely choose to stay here again. Be aware, as we found with each hotel we stayed in Italy, you will sacrifice noise from the busy streets for prime location. "

The building was old but they manage to create a nice Boutique looking atmosphere. Room was good, but the shower was part of the bedroom and you have direct entrance from the bed but they have a curtains to cover the glass. Recommend "

Alessandro at the front desk was so incredibly helpful by providing information regarding the (very close) location of the tram and which stop to get off at (San Marco Square) to visit all of historic Florence by foot. "The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping centers, but due to the construction going on, there were detours in the bus route. Our room is clean, spacious, well maintained and complete with amenities. Breakfast has options to choose from, delicious! Staff are nice and friendly."
